Ingredients

  • 2lbs of smoke salmon with bones and skin removed
  • 8 oz. Cream cheese
  • 6 Tbl. Miracle Whip
  • 2/3 cup of chili sauce
  • add garlic,onion,salt to taste
  • 4 shakes of Worchester sauce
  • 2 shakes of liquid smoke
  • 1/2 Tsp. Lemon Pepper

Directions

  1. Mix well with electric mixer or blender, Best to serve with crackers
