Ingredients
- Favorite catch-of-the-day
- olive oil
- salt, pepper to taste
- minced garlic
- lemon
Directions
- Rinse fish filet and pat dry
- Drizzle with olive oil
- Season with salt, pepper, and minced garlic
- Place skin side down on the grill.
- Grilling time will vary depending on the thickness of the filet, check doneness with a fork in the thickest part of the filet. If the meat flakes apart it is done.
- Remove from the grill by sliding a metal spatula under the filet, the skin will stick the the grill.
