  • olive oil
  • salt, pepper to taste
  • minced garlic
  • lemon


  1. Rinse fish filet and pat dry
  2. Drizzle with olive oil
  3. Season with salt, pepper, and minced garlic
  4. Place skin side down on the grill.
  5. Grilling time will vary depending on the thickness of the filet, check doneness with a fork in the thickest part of the filet. If the meat flakes apart it is done.
  6. Remove from the grill by sliding a metal spatula under the filet, the skin will stick the the grill.
  7. Drizzle with freshly squeezed lemon to taste and serve
