SMOKED FISH SPREAD

Ingredients

  • 2lbs of smoked salmon with bones and skin removed
  • 8 oz. Cream cheese
  • 6 Tbl. Miracle Whip
  • 2/3 cup of chili sauce
  • add garlic, onion, salt to taste
  • 4 shakes of Worchester sauce
  • 2 shakes of liquid smoke
  • 1/2 Tsp. Lemon Pepper

Directions

Mix well with an electric mixer or blender. Best to serve with crackers.
