DEEP FRIED COHO FINGERS

Directions

  1. Remove Skin and bones from Coho or any other smaller-sized salmon filet
  2. Cut salmon filet into 1″ Strips and put strips into a bag with Shore Lunch Breading (Cajun breading is best)
  3. Shake the bag well and Fry strips in hot oil for 4 minutes
  4. Serve with ketchup or ranch dressing
